Rescue polyurethane grout

The rescue type polyurethane grouting material DDPU-301 is a rescue type two-component hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material. The material immediately reacts with water, and the volume rapidly expands to form a water-insoluble foam, which can not only be waterproof. Leakage, there is a certain reinforcement and reinforcement effect.

 

一、characteristic                       

1. Fast curing, rapid reaction, foaming and solidification after water contact, the reaction time can be adjusted according to the amount of component A, generally can be controlled within tens of seconds to tens of minutes;

2, good hydrophobic properties, high chemical stability;

3, high strength, molding under closed conditions, can achieve 20Mpa compressive strength in a few hours;
 
4. It has a large penetration radius and solidification volume ratio. It will rapidly react with water and produce a large expansion pressure, which will push the slurry to spread deep into the crack to form a tough consolidated body. Up to 25 times more.
